Malaise

When it comes to video games, I tend towards the optimistic. I try to look upward and onward, focusing on the classics of the last twenty five years and the magnificent future. I work hard to keep my eyes on the prize, scanning the horizon for the perfect game.

Now, though, right now, I see only darkness. My DS is inoperable. My Wii sits lonely and unplayed. I couldn’t buy a PS3 or XBOX 360 to save my life. I have hit gaming’s rock bottom. Nothing is exciting, nothing is fresh. I only see black.

So, here’s my request of you, dear reader. I need you to save my gaming soul. How? By telling me what it is that excites you about gaming right now. What makes you smile? What is there to look forward to? Clap your hands to save my life, or shoot me an email.
